We needed an urgent medical flight from Dubai to Vancouver. The entire process exceeded my expectations. We felt totally supported with Tarik’s 24 hour instant responses to my never ending questions.

Many complicated circumstances were handled with care and ease and every aspect was professionally orchestrated.

We had a group video call with the team including their director of operations, medical physician, and nurse escort before hand.

Our nurse escort was a great support for us on the journey with his knowledge experience and professionalism.

Their services were competitively priced and they even included a return flight home for me! They worked so very hard with us to ensure my son arrived home, safe and sound.

I was desperately scouting for an agency to support this for some reasonable costs. And I have to say that I had quite a lot of bad experiences with other European agencies.

Therefore, I am extremely happy that I found Alpha Air Ambulance via a web search. The work and support of Tarik and his colleagues was incredible. The team supported me throughout the whole process for the air transport with a stretcher and stop-over. And I am very thankful for the perfect coordination and alignment as well as the medical team on the flight.

Thanks a lot and I can say for sure, that my father wouldn’t be alive by now without this great agency. I really believe you did the extra mile that was needed.

While on vacation in Dubai, he suddenly developed a lung infection, it was so dramatic that he was rushed to the ICU in Dubai. After 14 days, we needed to transport my father back to his home country. Unfortunately, he was still in the ICU and the only option was repatriation by air ambulance. Given the language barrier, I was very grateful that Air Ambulance arranged everything for me. The repatriation went perfectly! Thank you again. I am very grateful.
